ECO26 — May 2026, Boise

The Opportunity You're Sitting On

Last year, ECO produced energy, breakthroughs, and undeniable proof that CellCore changes lives.

And then the doors closed. The stories stayed in the room.

You told us you loved the 365 Asset Engine because it solves that problem — it captures the soul of those three days and turns it into a year-long marketing engine.

But since our first conversation, something bigger has come into focus.

CellCore has built a world-class practitioner ecosystem. Over 100,000 protocols completed. A proprietary methodology — Foundational Medicine — that practitioners across the country have adopted. Clinical authority that runs deeper than almost any brand in the supplement space.

And almost none of that story is visible to the consumer.

Your website has zero patient transformation stories on camera. Your founders' origin stories live in podcast transcripts, not on screen. Your Ad Library shows zero direct consumer-facing paid creative.

ECO26 is the single best opportunity to change that. Not just to document an event — but to build the consumer-facing content infrastructure CellCore has never had.

That's what this updated scope delivers.

What's Evolved Since Our Original Proposal

The original 365 Asset Engine was designed to capture, organize, and deploy ECO's proof for 12 months. That architecture remains the foundation. Everything you said yes to is still here.

What's new is built on top of it — driven by what Alicia and Jenna identified in our March alignment call:

Man-on-the-Street (MOS) interviews are now the primary content priority — energetic, authentic practitioner soundbites captured during breaks and meals throughout the event days.

All content maps to 4 strategic pillars — Mitochondrial Health, Drainage & Detoxification, The CellCore Methodology, and The Foundational Protocol.

Dual output formats — horizontal assets for site collection pages AND square-format cuts for paid ad testing.

A comprehensive metadata tagging system — every clip tagged by content type, pillar, product mention, practitioner credential, and strongest quotes for searchable retrieval.

Consumer-facing language capture — every interview is structured with two layers. We capture the practitioner's clinical perspective AND specifically ask them to explain CellCore's impact in the language they'd use with a patient who's never heard of it. This produces content that speaks directly to your emerging consumer audience — not just content that resonates with practitioners.

Conversion-ready pillar assets for A/B testing — curated video reels built for each of the 4 pillar collection pages, specifically formatted for testing video vs. no video and video type A vs. type B against your site conversion rates.

End-of-day debriefs — real-time gap analysis to adjust coverage each day.

Dedicated venue scouting — Tuesday before the event to secure a controlled formal interview environment with proper sound control.

The Architecture — Three Phases

1
Phase One The Strategic Blueprint (Pre-Production)

This is where the intelligence gets built. Before a single camera rolls, we do the deep work that ensures every minute on site produces strategic content, not random footage.

Map all speaker sessions and break windows against the 4 content pillars
Design two interview question tracks per MOS interaction — session reaction questions AND pillar-specific questions
Design a consumer-translation question layer for every interview — structured prompts that draw out how practitioners explain CellCore concepts to their patients in plain, non-clinical language
Build formal interview blueprints for each speaker aligned to pillar themes
Coordinate with Dori on speaker scheduling and mandatory participation logistics
Tuesday venue scout to secure a dedicated formal interview location with sound control
Develop the metadata tagging architecture — content type, pillar, product, credential, quote flags
Align with Jenna on co-hosting roles and end-of-day debrief structure
2
Phase Two The Live Flywheel (On-Site Execution)

Four roles working as an integrated system across the Tuesday scout day and all three event days:

The Story Amplifier (MOS Specialist)

Dedicated to capturing man-on-the-street interviews during every break and meal window. Two question angles per interaction — session reaction and pillar-specific — plus consumer-translation prompts designed to produce language your DTC audience can connect with. This is the highest-priority capture role based on the identified content gap from prior ECO events.

The Formal Interview Videographer

Pre-scheduled sit-down interviews with all speakers in the dedicated interview room. Co-hosted with Jenna. Designed to capture deep, narrative-quality content mapped to the 4 pillars. Practitioner credentials captured verbally and from badges.

The On-Site Editor

Full session recordings delivered within 60 minutes. We take a direct feed from the venue's AV board — whether that's a single camera feed or a live-mixed output, we capture and deliver whatever the venue produces. Social-ready reaction clips cut from MOS footage and delivered same-day for real-time amplification.

The Event Photographer / Creative Director (Mark VanderSys)

Event photography, headshots, and overall creative oversight ensuring all capture aligns with the strategic blueprint and pillar architecture.

End-of-Day Debriefs: Mark and Jenna review the day's capture against the 4-pillar map. Identify gaps in pillar coverage, consumer-language capture, and credential diversity. Adjust next-day coverage priorities in real time.

3
Phase Three The Asset Library (Post-Production & Final Delivery)

This is where the raw capture becomes a strategic arsenal. And this is where you have a choice in how we serve your team best.

Option B — The Empowered Library

We build the architecture. Your team builds from it.

Complete Digital Archive — all photography, headshots, and raw footage meticulously organized
3–5 Signature Stories — same hero assets as Option A
All social-ready reaction clips from each main stage session
Full metadata tagging — same comprehensive tagging system as Option A, including consumer-language flags
Semi-finished selects — the strongest MOS and interview moments exported as tagged, organized clips, strongest quotes flagged, consumer-language moments highlighted, and pillar assignments noted. Designed for your team to efficiently pull and cut social shorts, ad creatives, and pillar page reels.
Editorial Architecture Guide — tagging taxonomy, recommended cut points, and suggested assemblies by pillar so your team can build with speed and confidence
Strategic Deployment Brief — same 12-month roadmap

Investment

Phase 1 & 2 (Pre-Production + On-Site) are included in both options. The strategic blueprint, the Tuesday venue scout, and the full on-site team and execution are the foundation — identical regardless of which post-production path you choose.

Option A — The Turnkey Library

$42,000

All pre-production, Tuesday scout day, full on-site team for all three event days, complete post-production including Signature Stories, social shorts, ad creative pipeline strategically assembled for conversion performance, pillar collection page reels built for A/B testing, consumer-language highlight reel, comprehensive metadata tagging, and the Strategic Deployment Brief.

Option B — The Empowered Library

$34,000

All pre-production, Tuesday scout day, full on-site team for all three event days, Signature Stories, reaction clips, comprehensive metadata tagging, semi-finished selects with editorial architecture guide, and the Strategic Deployment Brief. Your team handles social shorts, ad cuts, and pillar page reel assembly using our tagged and organized assets.

Why This Matters Beyond ECO

CellCore is entering a new chapter. The practitioner ecosystem that built this brand is thriving. Now the opportunity is consumer-facing — and that requires a fundamentally different kind of content.

ECO26 is the richest environment you have for capturing authentic, human proof of your impact. The practitioners in that room ARE the proof. Their stories, their breakthroughs, their language — that's the raw material for every consumer-facing campaign you'll run this year.

The 365 Asset Engine doesn't just cover an event. It builds the content infrastructure for CellCore's consumer expansion — organized by pillar, tagged for retrieval, formatted for both organic and paid deployment, and designed to fuel 12 months of strategic marketing.

Next Steps

A 30-minute call to walk through this architecture, align on Option A or B, and finalize the logistics.

We'll want to confirm with Jenna that attendee recording consent is covered through ticket registration so we can proceed without additional release forms on site.

Let's build it.
